You can make swedish meatballs with them. Use the ground chicken to make meatballs like you would ground beef and make a sauce using sour cream. Serve over egg noodles.

You can make chicken balls - they would be like meatballs.
Take ground chicken, add some breadcrumbs, an egg, and spices; I like garlic powder, pepper, onion powder, and parsley. Shape into balls and sautee them in a pan with a bit of olive oil.
