I've had White Spots that have appeared on my face, they are called sunspots. I used to be a track runner, so being outside evryday exposed to the Florida sun, caused White spots on different parts of my face. They usually last less than a month.

My Idea :Drink lots of water use a suitable mosturizing cream when you are going out in the sun! Reuce the intake of oily foods and take a multivitamin .

That's what you call Tinea flava...or AN-AN (in tagalog).
you could use a cotton ball moistened with Salicylic Acid. i tell you in a few days those white spots are all gone. use it only in moderation, it could burn your skin. but with proper use, its effect are good. it may cause a little stinging sensation at first but it's ok it means that the medicine is working miracles...hope you get better.

If they are not white heads, they may be cysts. See a dermatologist. He can tell you for sure.
