hey, i'm leaving in singapore and i really want to perm up my hair but it is too expensive. It cost around SGD230++.. anyone noes of a salon who actually can perm up my straight hair and the budget is below $100. please. I want to know which salon in singapore does that! i'm craving for a perm badly..

I can't specified which salon will cost less than S$100 for a perm but you can try the neighbourhood salons like those in Toa Payoh, Ang Mo Kio, etc. They might charge less than S$150 for a perm and cut. However, do also be prepared that the perm result might not be as great as professional salon.

nowadays everything is expensive.i don't think u can get a good hair perm cost less than $100 in big cities,but u can try some outskirt places like thomson road,toa payoh road n jurong road.don't go to the big shops as it won't be cheap cos of high rental.good luck.

I did my perm in a neighbourhood salon for $120 only.go check out neighbourhood stalls
