How about this: I am in control of my life;drugs take away control. I make smart choices;drugs are a bad choice. I want a strong mind and body;drugs weaken your mind and body. I will succeed in life;drugs destroy one's potential. Because I like myself for who I am, I will not use drugs.

I, [your name], pledge to be drug-free. I pledge to respect my body and mind by not introducing substances into my body that will alter my mind or affect my health.

seems to me that you first need to define what you are vowing to undergo when you say drug free what drugs are you going to be free of caffeine, nicotine, heron, aspirin which ones that makes a huge difference in what you tell yourself in your oath.

maybe something like (keep in mind, this is really rough) ...

"because I value myself, my family, etc. (find a better way to say it) I will ... blah, blah."

that way, whenever you read it you'll remember why it is so important to stay drug free.
