Orange juice does not spoil and can be left out of the fridge. At certain hotels they put orange juice in containers right out on the counter for hours. It does not curdle like milk. If left out for a long time it starts to ferment and is no good but it will have a nasty pungent odor you can recognize right away.
You did not mention how long it had been out but if it is under 48 hours it is absolutely fine.
