my bf noticed one day in the morning after laying around i feel alseep and he said that i was shaking violoently. he thought i was having a nightmare or something. he said he rubbed my back and held me and i seemed to calm down.Was I having a nightmare that i can't remember or is this something else. i was also told i sometimes snore too.

also i suffer from panic disorder, depression and was abused by ex husband 10 years ago also over weight. if any of this helps too.

yes i didnt wake up but i stopped shaking and i dont recall any of it. I ve had a headache all week.

could be a nightmare, could have been a seizure, could have been a number of things. Snoring is natural, not much you can do about that. Go see a doctor about the shaking

You could have a sleep disorder and If he couldn't wake you up that could be a serius problem. Did you have a headache when you woke up, because if you did there is a good chance you had a seizure. You should go see your primary care doctor asap and see if he thinks you should go see a neurologist, both sleep disorders and seizures can be diagnosed by that type of specialist. If you have either that is.

it's true, you may have had a small sezure. it's odd that it comes in the sleep.

maybe you also have something called Sleep Apnea. read about it where you can, be careful though - don't let internet information scare you. if it does resemble what you are experiencing and only if it continues see a doctor.
