Your question is confusing. Do you want the details of an inspection at a particular daycare center? Or do you want the details of what is required for a daycare center to pass a state inspection? If California allows those records as public records, you would have to go to the website of the county you want. Google: county websites, california. See if that particular county has public access records.

If you're looking to check out the details on a certain daycare, in my state (NY) I go to the site for the state office of children and family services. They have a facility lookup which gives details such as their registration, contact info, what occupancy they are allowed, and dates of inspections and details of the visits if there were any violations.
