I cant think of the name of that birth control.. dangit, thats gonna bug me now!

The normal periods last for 3-4 days in a cycle of 28 days. Periods which gets long for more than 6 days or whose cycle is short i.e periods recurring after about 15-20 days are females which need gynecological attention.

Try going on birth control to regulate it. Depending on how severe it is, you may have go on a higher dose estrogen pill.
