You should definitely keep your mouth shut and look for other girls. In any case, you wouldn't make the best approach by telling her how you feel. You would be much better off if you were to simply ask for a date. Keep asking for dates until she mentions being your girlfriend. But if she were to refuse the date, or break the date without a good reason, or stand you up, you should forget about her and move on. Again, I think your best bet right now would be to look for other girls. And ask them out on dates, don't ask them to be your girlfriend right upfront or tell them how you feel too soon. Oh yeah . . . don't put your life on hold for her to break up with her boyfriend, because it might never happen. Just move on and consider her later if the situation changes. Good luck!

Whatever you do, DON'T tell her you like her. Everyone always says the same dumb nonsense about "just tell her how you feel man." That's the fastest way to make sure you'll NEVER be with her. If you want her to know you like her, start flirting with her, and teasing her. Don't pay any attention to her boyfriend or the fact that she has one. Focus on attracting her to you by doing the things that I said. If she turns out to like you more than him, then she'll leave him for you.

What i suggest is to stay away from her cause she already had a boyfriend. But you still can maintain your relationship with her as a normal "friend". I know it's hard to forget her but look at the bright side you made her happy with her current relationship.

if you really like her and don't wanna miss the chance, go ask her privately. don't make a fool of yourself. ask her sincerely and find out how she feels about you. if she's interested, she will do something. if not, you move on and try the next person. you have nothing to lose but giving yourself an opportunity to explore your life and strengthen your confidence!

you should tell her that you like her but not in front of her boyfriend cuz that could lead to something ugly...call her or tell her when shes alone...you never know what can happen...

right now stay close friends with her but not too close. try to find out what turns her on and then casually do those things. then act disinterested..she will go nuts and come after you trust me.

she has a bf. don't bother her. but if you like her that much, tell her in person, but not in front of other people. if she likes you that much, she leave him for you.
