He has had ample opportunity to look at the case since the men were convicted last year. There is no need for these two to be sitting in prison while awaitin an appeal and a KNOWN smuggler is running free.

Because he has ignored it for so long that now he is afraid to look like an idiot for allowing this case to have gone as far as it did.

You and I agree on this, but I think Bush is very short-sighted about our borders and I doubt he will pardon them.. It is wrong, but the way it is.

confident they might desire to be pardoned! they might desire to have been reprimanded for no longer killing him although. a similar guy became later arrested smuggling greater drugs around the border! they might desire to have shot to kill! could have been much less place of work work!

Those two should use the tactics used by the LAPD. They should have tackled the illegal, not shot him in the ***.

They are enforcement like the police and if the policed pulled some sh*t like shooting people in the *** for running they, too, would be locked up.
