1. Because God said that He is no "respecter of persons," and we shouldn't be either.
2. Because Paul wrote that "neither Jew nor Gentile, Bond nor Free, male nor female, but all ONE in Christ Jesus"
3. Because the Bible tells us that in the end in Heaven that there will be followers of Christ that are "every tribe, every tongue, and every nation."
Because racism is HATRED, and the book of Matthew tells us that if you hate your brother in your heart, you have murdered him.
Racism is flat, dead wrong! The Bible has been used incorrectly to support lots of flawed ideas about humanity, but the key word there is "INCORRECTLY."
If you look in the mirror and the first thing you see is the color of your skin, you are WRONG.

It's a matter of personal preference. We are all created equal remember? God died for the sins of the whole world so if we are to love our neighbor as ourselves, that covers the globe. Also, I believe the rules applying to marriage are color blind. Jesus said we are all equal at the foot of the cross and the issues of the heart that destroys marriages are of grave importance; top priority in fact. The Bible teaches it is best for a believer to marry another believer. I guess that would be the same race called the royal blood of Jesus flowing through the veins of both parties! I do think it's hard on children though but cannot personally say according to the Bible it is wrong.
Mostly the Jews married within their race and through arranged marriages. It is not forbidden. There is no longer a pure race and we aren't German Hitler's or anything. You forget this is America and most everybody has already been melted into the pot several generations back so like I have four or more races in my back ground just that I know of. All I know is that the different Indian bloods don't mix well, ha! I always said my tribe was the peaceful one but his was on the war path!

If you're an christian, how would you answer this question?
I would answer this Q by saying ;
Inter racial marriage is NOT CONDEMNED in the Bible.
Only people who get "Unequally Yoked"!
That means people of different religions--not colours or ethnic backgrounds!
YA DE DA DE DA! Yourself.................

If a Christian wants to marry then if they don't marry another Christian they go against God and invite trouble into their life. There is no condition about marrying and race though.

Beings we are all Gods creation and bound with chains of passed down ideas, we tend to belive what we are told and agreeing with you people as a whole are reluctant to change ideas of interracial marriage.
If I was a lone chicken on the farm and I was the only chicken, would it make it right for me to have a duck for a mate?

I'm a white Christian, and my wife is an Asian Christian.
Common sense stops me.
(Why do you think this is immoral or wrong?)

Well, you refer to their having an "imaginary" friend, so why does it matter to you what they think? PS Please quote the chapter and verse that says "thou shalt not inter-racial marry."
