Of the things you list I would say it is because of 'strong or un proper creams'. I use a glycerine soap and take vit C tablets and although I'm no beauty I don't get pimples - I also sometimes use a simple moisturiser.
We have Tisserand antiseptic cream for spots and grazes -it contains tea tree and lavender essential oils and works really fast.

How long have you had pimples? Are you the type that "pop" your pimples every time you discover one? You are in your puberty age, so it is normal to have some pimples, but I understand that it is the worst thing to deal with. The process that I am about to introduced to you will take at least a week to see some results, but if it show any results, it is the process that will work for long term. I have pimples during my teenage years too and this is what I did. Wash your face with a gentle scrub every night (use Apricot scrub) and place a very thin layer of pure vitamin E on your skin before you go to sleep. Wash your face and again in the morning and put a thin layer of face moisturizer with SPF. Drink plenty of water (important) and eat fruits and vegetable everyday (trust me, the antioxidant and other chemical in fruits and vegies will help your condition). Make sure you have enough sleep too because while you sleep, your body repair and replenishes itself at this time. Excercise so that you can sweat out "bad stuff". Do not "pop" your pimples becuase you're not only forming scars on your face, you "spread" the germs from that pimple to other location on your face, and that will create more pimples. If your pimple is puffy and red, sooth it with ice bag to reduce inflammation. Let your body kill the pimples. If you decided to use medication for additional help. Consult a dermatologist so you can get adjust to the right formula. Hope this helps! Good luck.

Yes, it's a result of the total lifestyle you lead so all the above reasons and maybe stress -even stressing about the fact you have spots!- the best advice I can give is to be relaxed about it, drink more water and eat more fresh fruit (if youre not having enough), get some good exercise each day all of which will also improve your complexion. Face creams are best avoided.

Well tbh, I reckon your best bet is to stay off greasy foods like chips (eat rice) and drink lots of water (it's actually amaze) and do some consistent exercise. I really think that would help. Also, if u wash your face with hot water twice a day, and use some sort of cleanser, u should be fine!
Bear in mind that, as you get older, they're likely to go away anyway: don't fret tooo much :-)

It depends on the porosity of your skin. If you have tiny pores fat accumulates under your skin which are the pimples you see on your skin. So when trying to get rid of them, the pores on your face have to be opened.
One most natural way that I have seen that worked on 2 friends (I heard of even more) who had had problems with pimples is through use of egg whites.
Make a hole at the top of the egg, pour out the egg white onto a saucer. Apply the egg white on your face, it dries out after a few minutes. sleep with the stuff on and wash it off in the morning. Do it again the next night until they go. After that, you only do it when necessary.
It may stink but hey, if a change is noticeable in week, who cares that its fresh eggs. After all, who sees you after you go to bed. The rest of us only get to see the results.
Please try it, you wont regret it.

How about eating a balanced diet, rich in vegetables and fruits. Drink enough water every day. Wash your face with a gentle soap, rinse well. Pat dry. And just let all the creams and gels go.
If that's not enough, maybe see a dermatologist?

My friend was put on birth control pills when she was 13. She had extremely bad acne and nothing seemed to work. She was teased all the time. There was a HUGE change when she started taking the pills. Maybe ask your doctor....a side effect of the pills is that is does clear up the skin so I would look into that.
