Fibromyalgia is a disease of widespread soft-tissue pain and stiffness. It often coincides with symptoms of persistent fatigue, exercise intolerance, disrupted and non-restorative sleep, tension headaches, migraines, blurred vision, abnormalities of the skin or fingernails, painful menstrual periods, numbness or tingling, heart palpitations, sleep apnea, temperature sensitivity, restless legs, impaired cognition, irritable bladder, and intestinal symptoms of irritable bowel, bloating, gas, belching, pain and distention.
Most therapies include exercises, diet and nutrition, and alternative therapies.

adding to boxers answer: it could be a symptom of a viral infection of some sort.
the flu
mono
hepatitis b
hepatitis c
or other diseases.
*see your doctor, tell him not to rely on a standard liver panel test as with hepatitis c alt and ast levels can appear normal and is not a good indication of testing for liver disease.
