Thanks i got your point.
here is mine:

004.157 That they said (in boast), "We killed Christ Jesus the son of Mary, the Messenger of God";- but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but so it was made to appear to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubts, with no (certain) knowledge, but only conjecture to follow, for of a surety they killed him not:-

004.158 Nay, God raised him up unto Himself; and God is Exalted in Power, Wise;-

So jesus is alive but he wasn't crucified,you aren't blamed to think that way cause there were no evidence that the man on the cross wasn't jesus even his mother (mary)thought he is,but god spoke to us and revealed the truth, i think god knows better than us,we also belive jesus will return to earth,slay the antichrist,break the cross and pray with muslims (as he is one of them).So yes it would be a shock to who believe not. I think the idea that jesus is god has originated for the need to explain how he was dead and alive at the same time.

Well, Christians think Jesus is God or God's son. The verses they quote by the way sound very ambiguous for a reason.

Muslims believe that the jews took the Jesus to the place of crucification but he wasn't crucified. Instead, Jesus and and his mother, Virgin Mary ascended to the heavens. Instead, the guy who was crucified was some sort of a king or their leader or something. God made him appear like Jesus and the Quran says that till this day, they are still in doubt if Jesus was crucfied or not.

To begin with your question reveals you lack faith, knowledge, and understanding of Christianity. So, you need to do a lot of research.

There are some problems with the Bible and errors. Please remember, the Old Testament was passed down by oral tradition before the technology of writing was available. Compared to the Quran which existed long after the technology for writing was invented. So, yes there are errors.

Secondly, there are different ways to interpret based upon the "literary forms" of writers. Depending whether it is in a historical context, prophetic, poetry, or some other type of literary form. I believe Jesus Christ IS THE WORD of God. The Bible is written by people inspired by God.

If you took a Bible course and discovered what SCRIPTURAL TYPOLOGY is you would be amazed. If you knew what SALVATION HISTORY was in the Bible you would understand. If you recognized DIVINE AUTHORITY you would know that there has to be someone in authority to reveal the "secret" truths God has given. If you research all those phrases you will begin a journey of discovery that will last a life time.

We have a saying in Catholicism: the New Testament is hidden in the Old and the Old is revealed in the New. There are many mysteries contained in the Bible that I have been amazed at discovering for the past 20 years and there is a whole lot more. St. Jerome said: Ignorance of Scripture is ignorance of Christ. The whole Bible is about our SALVATION: Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ fulfilled over 300 prophesies in the Old Testament about the Messiah you can discover 50 of them in cd's IT IS WRITTEN.

WHEN YOU HAVE BEGUN TO DISCOVER THESE THINGS YOU WILL KNOW IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO HAVE BEEN WRITTEN BY MAN. Jesus (a historical figure along with others in the Bible that are not fictitional characters) by fulfilling just 50 prophesies makes the odds of doing that 10X135 power! An astronomical figure that could not have been achieved by human means.

The thing that might shock you and others is that SATAN used scripture to tempt Jesus. So, too Satan will use scripture to trip us up from following the true faith. This is why there has to be DIVINE AUTHORITY that passes from the Old Testament to APOSTOLIC SUCCESSION in the New Testament. This is why someone cannot Authoritatively pick up a Bible and correctly interpret it nor can there be millions of interpretors to HOLY SCRIPTURE. There can only be one!

What are the major differences between the Quran and the Bible?

FACT: The QURAN CAME INTO EXISTENCE CENTURIES AFTER THE BIBLE AND TORA. People who believe in it seem to think a counterfeit comes before the original. Islamic believers cannot validate the claim that the Bible is the counterfeit because the Bible's existence preceded the Qur'aan.

FACT: THE QUR'AAN TESTIFIES ABOUT ONE TRUE GOD (ALLAH) AND HIS PROPHETS. These truths were in the Bible and Torah long before the Qur'aan. This fact reveals that the Qur'aan is not the first writtings about God and his prophets and suggests that the Qur'aan is not authentic but a forgery.

FACT: IT WAS WRITTEN BY THE ASSOCIATES OF MUHAMMAD (pbuh). Muhammad could not read nor write. Therefore, Muhammad could not verify the validity of the holy book.

FACT: THE QUR'AAN's EXISTENCE WAS AFTER THE TECHNOLOGY OF WRITTING WAS INVENTED. Believer's of the Qur'aan and Islam think the errors in the Bible prove it is not the Word of Allah. Nothing is further from the truth. The technology of writing didn't exist in the time when stories of salvation history were unfolding. So, naturally there are errors since the oral tradition existed before the invention of writing.

Very simple answer. As part of his miracles given to Him by God Almighty when Christ was brought to the cross God raised Him and instead the Jewish leader Yahuda's was made to look Like Jesus and was crucified instead. this is why Jesus is alive and will be sent by God back on Armageddon to prove to the people that the Quran was the truth in everything and Jesus was only a messenger of God. Be ready for the shock .

Let me think??? How could Jesus be dead and alive at the same time? Hummmmmmmm let’s think just a minute here, it seems like I read somewhere in there that Jesus told a dying thief that was on the cross next to Him today thou shall be with me in paradise, you see my friend the split second Jesus closed His eyes in what you are calling death, He was just moving on to the next world, that temporary thing He was living in the body it died but Jesus which is God can never die He is alive for ever more, He came back into that body the third day and it became a glorified body and then after about forty days He went back into the heavens and guess what these angels were standing right there and said why are you gazing up into the heavens don’t you know that, that same Jesus is coming back again in like manner. I don’t know about you but I am looking for Him every day I hope you are. I hope to see you there!!

Firstly, Jesus is not the same person as your jesus pbuh.

The Jesus that we True Christians speak of is a person as listed below;

THE SECRET OF CHRISTIANITY !

1 GOD became a man !
2 HE was perfect in all ways !
3 HE was seen by angels as HE was
originally (THE GOD), and as a man !
4 HE taught the non Jewish ( as well as many Jews) !
5 HIS teachings were (and are) believed by MANY people !
6 HE returned to HIS place - we call that place heaven !
~~~~~~~~~~
You will notice that it is called THE SECRET OF...........
That is because it can not be understood by an INFIDEL like yourself.
((An infidel (literally, "one without faith") is one who doubts or rejects central tenets of a religion, especially those regarding its deities. More generally, an infidel is one who doubts or rejects a particular doctrine, system, or principle. The word infidel derives its meaning from the Latin root infidēlis[1]; a notion of being unfaithful or treacherous))
~~~~~~~~~

The jesus pbuh YOU understand is a MYTH that was dreamed up and put in to your Quaran;
Your Quaran says;
"Not Jesus, but a look alike, was substituted and crucified at the Cross." -4:157
THIS IS BLASPHEMY - AND A LIE! No proof can be offered at all.

So PLEASE REALIZE WE ARE TALKING ABOUT YOUR MYTH - and THE TRUE GOD/JESUS !

~~~~~~DIFFERENT ENTITIES ALL TOGETHER! ~~~~~~
Yes you definitely did miss a lot. Jesus was crucified, died and rose again and that's why He's still alive. Praise the Lord. You still missing something? I'm sure you are cause you don't trust in the Bible 100% off course that's expected since you're muslim.
Missed a great deal it seems.
The physical body died on the cross. But his soul went down to Hell to battle with SATAN for the keys to the gates so that those held there could be released on the day of judgment. On the third day God reunited the body and soul and healed any wounds. and then took both the physical body and soul up into the heavens.
I believe thinking that Jesus is not God is a Jehovah's Witness point of view. Christians believe in the Holy Trinity (God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Ghost (Spirit). They are all God -- the one and only God! Jehovah's Witnesses have their own book, their "addition" to the Bible -- it is a corrupt, false testament.
Yes you did. You missed the crucial evidence that after he died, three days later angels rolled the stone away even though Roman soldiers were hired to guard it and later Pharisees and others who put him to death "for envy" bribed them into lying about what happened. He just left the linen napkin lying in the tomb. Jewish manners and customs say that when a person has eaten a meal, to signify they are finished they will fold up their napkin.
He was then seen first by Mary Magdalene then the disciples who witnesses the scars in His hands and feet and in His side from the spear piercing Him. (See http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=JOHN%2020;&version=9;)
The third time he showed Himself to them, Jesus told Simon Peter where to put his fishing nets out. He caught a whole slew then. Jesus fixed them fish upon coals and bread on the shore from where they were fishing. He was seen of them 40 days. " 3To whom also he shewed himself alive after his passion by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God:" In Acts 13, we see the fulfilment of prophesies in that God raised Him up and didn't suffer Jesus to see corruption. God then shewed Jesus openly. Jesus fulfilled over 360 prophesies in his birth, life, death, and resurrection as the Messiah and Savior. Pretty major thing I'd say! I'm glad I serve a risen Savior and that He lives in my heart today. Ask Him into your heart and He will make you a new creature as well!
Read the rest of the story. What took place on the first, the real, Easter? Jesus ROSE from the dead. Death had no power over Him. Just like it will have no power over us on judgment day. Jesus rose from the dead and ascended to Heaven. Jesus came back to life on earth and is alive in Heaven....will be forever.
