Why should we accept it in the first place ??
We have our own culture they have their own... and we are known by our culture
The nouveou riche in India try to imitate westerners and are like "Dhobi Ka Kutta...Na ghar ka na ghaat ka"

Your question is important in many respect. First of all, I support you view that Indians are accepting the western cultures very fast. They are imitating their dresses and trying to be modern. The apeing of dresses are due to the wrong idea that whoever is wearing western dresses are modern. You will find that only girls are accepting the western culture very fast. They are hurried to imitate because just to show that they are now free!!! People started to think about free sex, which is clear from the number of increasing cohabitting, divorces and remarriages. Now the girls, mainly in the metro cities tends to spend a unstable life and eager to have multiple partners. They think that they are doing it on the help of women freedom. Also in the US, I have heard a news some girls were moving in the park with their bare chest. They told that if a man have the right to get out in an open place, a woman should sometimes have the right to do that. In India, the free sex idea is coming very fast due to the shake of men. If girls get the free sex opportuinity then who will use them?? of course, they are men. This is a paradox. It is not required to say that the freedom girls obtained, is nothing but the freedom provided by men. Anyway, if you ask that does it suit to the Indians, the answer is NO. It does not suit. Every country and every nation has a particular cultrure. Violating it not a crime, although, but harmful to the society. Have youever heard that westerns are imitating any eastern's culture? Another point must be mentained that, after imitating the western culture, what are they going to get?? Nothing !! They are just bringing the some violent look inside them. Of course, it is nothing but a reflection of their lack of self-confidence. People must prove their identity by doing something good for the others. I am saying, a girl wearing a vulgur but so called sexy dresses can never draw the respect of other. They must be seen as a matter of carnal pleasure.

Indians but naturally keep up their styles of travelling , adventure and are energetic too ofcource
they are not westerners . That is why most of the indians are not ready to accept the life style of western like travelling,adventure,energetic in western ways

Why is that most of the westerners are interested in the spiritual practices like the Indians do? A social groups general activities are determined by that group's culture and tradition.

The culture and thinking of east and west are totally divergent. Westerns look outwardly for all their pursuits which can be termed as materialistic/mundane/adventurous etc.
In the eastern hemisphere people look more inwardly that is spiritual and give less importance for outward explorations. The Indian philosophy is all materialistic pursuits will increase desires and one lands up no where. Whereas the inwardly pursuit brings in ultimate peace.

I don't fully understand your question. Do you mean why do Native Americans not accept Western culture? Probably because their land was stolen from them and are left in poverty (partly their own fault, with their leaders unable to agree on a single issue to modernize the economy and have a small, elite class that rules the area: the people who work for the Native government.) So both sides are to blame.

In either case I don't much care, your question is very rude towards them as a people. You seem to think that just because they move into a free land they have to adjust every single one of their customs to suite your tastes.
Tell me, do you tell every woman you see to stfu, tell them where they really belong? Maybe kick puppies for wandering away from their mothers? Heaven forbid someone keep their cultural background and. I don't know. Not follow trends.
I've never in my life follow the trends of "western life style" wtf does that even mean? Does it mean I should be christian and married off by now, or perhaps should I be some sort of ***** because I'm a young adult female and popular culture is portraying us as sluts? Either way I want nothing of it and you should at least try to be a little more understanding of your fellow "man".

Well, i guess their priority in life is to take care of their immediate family and to earn a good standing in the society. Lack of money is'nt the reason as one of the person has mentioned and i think an average indian does earn a decent salary to live by.
