You can't do anything in only 3 days. It would be nice, but it is not physically possible.

Save removing your entrails with a steak knife, that's just not going to happen. Not in three days, nor three weeks, and probably not even 3 months.
You could suffer through a sauna and dehydration for three days, purchase and wear a corset that will squeeze the life out of you, and then starve yourself on top of that, and for all your suffering you'll be rewarded with headaches, a myriad of possible health problems, and general discomfort that will probably offset any satisfaction gained by having a smaller stomach, albiet such a small change that's it's unlikely to be at all noticable after you put clothes over it.
Or you could just wear something where you know it's not going to pop out and set a healther, long term plan so you don't worry about this time. Probably the better choice.

I know a few good exercises you can do! I'll tell you what to do becuase I can't remember their names! Start by laying on your back with your hands and feet in the air, then meet them up above your body put them back on the ground and repeat. You can also do this with Just your legs. Start Hola Hooping! Or just start swinging your hips like you are! Those are the two MAIN exercises that REALLY tone your stomach that you can do without a gym membership (espically on such short notice). Now don't expect miracles, but you will get a little more toned if you do these for a few HOURS (maybe 4 or so) the next few days! I know that sounds like a lot of work but if you want to get a more toned stomach you need to REALLY exercise long Increment of time! You will be worn out! But you will get more toned if you just comit to your exercie, and it is only for three days! Keep it up (You don't have to do it THAT long, you just need to do it REALLY long now so you get results REALLY fast!) if you want to get an even more toned stomach! EXERCISE, EXERCISE, EXERCISE, I can't Say it enough!!! I hope this helps and Good Luck, Don't expect Miracles, but don't expect a failure either!

Do lots of sit-ups. It won't work if you have a big stomach. It's hard but try the sit-ups. Do 100 about 3 times a day and you will see the difference.

Keep your diet with 3 dairy a day because it keeps the calories away...for those 3 days, and do sits ups along with aerobic exercises. That should maybe shrink it an inch or so, so it wont pop out like you said.
I do that plenty a couple of days before I have an event I want to go to that involves a party dress. xP

Sit ups, sauna for at least an hour each day, hope theres a spa near you. And alot of running and onlly eat salads, no junk.
If you can handle it spend more time in a sauna, thats the fastest humanly possible way to lose water mass.

A colon cleanse (cleaning out your digestive system - check online for some natural remedies) would be your #1 bet. Every person who has done it tells me your stomach goes super flat!

Don't eat any carbs for these 3 days. Do a 100 tummy crunches - forward and reverse curls every day. Do your regular workout along with it. You will have a noticably flatter tummy. :-)

dont consume any carbs or fats for those three days, also no sugars its up to you to lose it, drink a glass of water before each meal. do a little exercise. good luck

Buy a girdle. If the time frame was longer, I'd suggest exercise, though. Best of luck.
