No it does not give God a problem.A Christian can pray for a Muslim all night long. Why do you ask?Do you plan to pray for us?That was not meant to offend anyone. It was just a question.
Did you know that the prophet(S.A.W.) once said, that All the world's Christians, and all the World's Jews will get their blessings and reward from God in this life, and in the next,Muslims will get theirs?
To me,that is the reward that matters. The one in the next life.since it will last forever.
In the Qur'an it says,On the day of Resurrection,it will feel to mankind,as if the entire lifetime they had spent on this Earth had only been a morning,or an afternoon.Forever reward sounds better to me.
Again that was not meant to offend anyone.

Prayer is meant to be a communique channel with the deity, no longer a magic merchandising gadget. God does no longer grant the frivolous prayers of skeptics or those with ulterior causes like a try of God’s existence. God does no longer gently dispense solutions to prayer. He has a huge inhabitants in the international to think about. imagine the chaos if all people in the international were given each little thing they needed every time they prayed. this can actually be a planet of lazy bums, and no individual could celebrate with something they'd. human beings might want to take God with none interest. Even worse they could say that once they get something they ask for magically dropped of their lap this is the outcome of a in reality organic regulation and God has no longer something to do with it because he doesn’t exist. The training of the Bible is sparkling that if a prayer is for sale in accordance with God’s will, it will be replied (a million John 5:14). in spite of the undeniable fact that, it really is likewise sparkling that no longer all prayers meet this customary.

It's america's fault mainly that muslims are anti-christain, think taliban, creation of israel, bombings of thousands of innocent people, but blaming america 100% would be extremely ignorant, christains and muslims have fought for a long time in some places, but then again some muslims fight other muslims. Not all muslims are anti-christain or anti-american, and if you are christain then you believe in only one god, and you can assume that muslims are just making a mistake and you should take pity on them for praying to something that isn't there, and put the blessings of your god on them.

In Jesus' day the Samaritans were considered anti-Jewish in a similar way to the scenario in the OP. Jesus had no problem working with the Samaritans and taught his followers in like way to love their enemies. Once in Saudi Arabia operating as a forces chaplain (despite the fact I was not meant to be there according to Saudi rules) I had the priviledge of befriending some lovely people from Bangladesh who were employed to do our laundry. I was able to build up a relationship of trust between us and ir culminated in being able to pray for the manager of the laundry when he told me he had just discovered his mother had died a few months previously. Yes he was a Muslim and I a Christian. I was not pursuaded of his beliefs neither I'm sure he of mine - but I am sure God was present in our meeting and heard that prayer for him.

Islam is not anti-Christian, but on the contrary are asked to treat Christians with love and respect as human beings; that is the true teachings of Islam. And to pray for them is also ok in Islam, which unfortunately is far from what other people think.

Different religions were created by Man... but there is just one God. There are the good and the bad in every religion. God does not support people nor does he ignore people just because they are of a particular religion. He sees the heart. Just being a Christian doesnt mean that God is automatically going to hear our prayers... and just being a non- Christian doesnt mean that God ignores them. The Bible says in Acts 10:34, 35: "At this Peter opened his mouth and said: “For a certainty I perceive that God is not partial, but in every nation the man that fears him and works righteousness is acceptable to him. "

No I don't think He would have a problem with it at all. We are all God's children and He loves us. It does not matter whether we believe in Him or not. By praying for those that hate us, mean us harm or do not understand us; we are practicing our faith in its purest form. Jesus said that it is easy to love and forgive those that are close to us or are like us. The greatest form of love is to treat our enemies in the same way. No-one said it would be easy. But boy is it fulfilling.

Jesus, in His sermon on the mount, told us to pray for others. Muslims do not know the biblical Jesus. We are to pray for anyone who does not know Him. Praying for salvation never is a "problem" for God. Many people are saved because of these kinds of prayers. They are called intercessory prayers. The effectual, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.

God never has a problem with who we pray for. We are suppose to pray for everyone. Our brothers and sisters are everyone on earth. We don't hate Muslims and if anyone of us do, then we are not of God's teachings.

There is only one God.God is the same for all religions. God does not look at the religion of a person to help him. After all, God only created man; it was man, not God, who created religions. God loves everyone equally. Haven't you heard, when God shuts a door on you He leaves a window open...?
