Ask her for her phone number.
Then call her within 2 days and ask her out.
Take her out and treat her like a gentleman.
Call her a day or so later, let her know you had a nice time. Ask her out again.
If you like her, marry her.
Call me when the grandkids graduate and I'll wish you congrats.
(Seriously - I meant the first part. Old fashioned ways - like you calling the girl and taking her out - and gentlemanly treatment are never a bad idea.)

well, obviously u feel comfortable already. just do the gentleman thing and simply ASK HER if she would feel comfortable with a phone conversation. make sure u let her know there's no pressure and you dont mind waiting...and whatever her reply may be, take it from there!
whenever ur in doubt about anything, just ask the person. it helps avoid any assumptions or confusion..and it shows that ur really concerned and interested in what makes her happy. thats always a plus

I think they if you feel comfortable giving it to her, you should. I can't say that I know of any time limit for this....If the conversation is going well just offer it to her casually and see if she calls.

depends on how your conversations are....if you guys are actually hitting it off great then i'd say a month just because you dont want to move too fast and scare her.
