My female rott is 10 months old, and she weighs 62 pounds, and is 21.5 inches tall. Is this normal? Will she get any taller? Or will she be this short? Is she going to keep growing? Is 62 pounds normal for a 10 month old rott?

It depends on the Rottie, but I think that it sounds about right if she is in ideal condition. With ideal condition, you should not be able to easily see or fell the ribs, if you can see them you need to start feeding her more. She will still grow for at least another 6 months. She may not get much taller, but she will get heavier.

that's ok, but to tell if your dog is skinny to get the SPCA called on you is if you can see the hips, spine or ribs he is too skinny and you need to feed him more. I had a rottweiler/pit mix. He had the build and personality of a rottweiler but the color of a pit bull and at 9 months he was 90 lbs of lean muscle. Your rottie should be gaining wieght quickly soon. They don't stop growing until 2 so you should be safe. Rotties are lean muscle(unless they eat too much and don't get enough exercise). You could start feeding him twice a day with the reccomended amount said on the bag. That could help. And to help build muscle you can wrestle or rough around with him which will gain weight.

Actually Rottweilers grow until they are three years of age. As far as her weight goes, it's really hard to tell not knowing exactly how she's built, or without seeing her.....if she has a big bones structure, then she should weight more, but if she doesn't, then, her weight is about average. Same thing goes for her height, do you know how tall the parents were? Best thing is to get her to a vet for a well check, nothing to be in a hurry about, but it'll give you peace of mind.

she sounds like she is of an okay weight depending on her lineage.
Most likely she won't get much taller, but she should fill out some more..
She should be round 85 lb+ when fully matured. Make sure you feed her a high quality dogfood, maybe twice a day, ..she should have a glossy coat and make sure you don't see ribs on her.
By touching her you should only be able to feel the first couple.
and keep her dewormed
She sounds like a good looking dog :)

That is about what the rottie I used to have weighed at that age and she was a nice size for a rottie. I think she was taller than that, but about the same weight, maybe a few lb more. She was very stocky like a rottie should be. Great dog!

Probably that much. Be careful. THOSE DOGS TURN FAST AND HURT LITTLE CHILDREN. My neighbor had his dog outside on a leash. A little girl walked passed the house and the dog ripped out of his chain and got the little ones face. The neighbor was not abusive and had children of his own The little girl was just walking past the home. Those dogs should be fixed, all of those dogs.
