He is a man so he will always be in the mood. All you have to do is be naked. Handcuffs and whipped cream work well too. If he does not want sex he is mad at you and holding out for some reason.

It depends on why he isn't in the mood. If it's because he's tired, I don't see how he could have a problem with the idea of masturbating you. Just ask him if he could just do that for you if he's too tired. If he's really in a bad mood for some reason, just cuddle with him and he should cheer up. i dont know if i could tell my boyfriend wasnt in the mood (or was like pissed off) i wouldnt start. but i dont think there any guy in the world excpt a gay guy that wouldnt mind that. maybe you should try to get him in the mood. it would probably make it more fun for both of you.
