Yes, actually it does. Not only that but the bible condones and approves of slavery.

No it does not. Moses had a wife from Ethiopia. Read this story in the bible and see how God handled this.
Numbers 12:1 all the way through...
Numbers 12:16
Also Ruth was a Moabite and married a jewish man and Ruth is in the geneology of Jesus.
Esther married a gentile king and by that ended up saving the jews. Esther was a jew.
Many try to use the "don't be unequally yoked" verse to support not marrying out of your race but this verse is refering to marrying someone not a christian...it says nothing about where a person was born or the color of their skin.
Also they like to use the "God cursed Ham with dark skin." idea. This also is not correct...
The belief that the skin color of black people is a result of a curse on Ham and his descendants is taught nowhere in the Bible. Furthermore, it was not Ham who was cursed; it was his son, Canaan (Gen. 9:18, 25; 10:6), and Canaan’s descendants were probably brown-skinned (Gen. 10:15–19).

Nowhere interior the bible are interracial marriages prohibited. interior the former testomony, that is forbidden for an Israelite (follower of the only real God) to marry a gentile (follower of pagan gods) as a results of probability that the gentile would turn the Israelite from the only real god to worship idols and pagan gods. Likewise interior the recent testomony, there is purely a caution adversarial to being unequally yoked with unbelievers. God does no longer have a similar idea of race as we do. With him, you're both a member of his united states of america, or a member of the international's united states of america, irregardless of your racial or ethnic history.

I doubt it. Wow, a Christian College that bans interracial dating in 2007. That's amazing.

No. It isn't in there.
And the Bible says absolutely nothing about Cain having dark skin, whether from a curse or not.

Absolutely not. The Bible says that God is not partial, that every person that fears him and works righteousness is acceptable to him. There is only one race. Adam and Eve are the parents (way back) of every single human on earth. Otherwise, some of us would not have inherited sin and ALL of us did.

as far as i know there is no reference against interracial marriage, only inter- religious mariages. alot of times (and this is unfortunate) some churches or church based schools give out dumb @ss rules like that even though there is NOTHING in the bible to support them.

That's about the worst thing I've ever heard from a college. Maybe your friend should write a letter to the President of that College; I think he goes by the name Hitler.
