Can India pose a threat to China in Software?

Are you sure you mean Software, or you should have asked hardware?
Because India makes more softwares than china. WIth companies like Infosys & TCS, Satyam etc. Its already bigger than chinese software industry, Mainly 'coz they have English efficiency. Chinese are very good at manufacturing 'coz of low labour costs, India can't compete with them in hardware market at this pace for years. But, I think they are already bigger software market than China. Correct me if I'm wrong.
