Oh man, what can't you put in ramen noodles? They are so versatile!

Here are some easy additions:
Shredded, cooked chicken, pork or beef
Hot dogs, sliced
Shredded lettuce (my Malaysian roommate did this)
Frozen mixed veggies (helps cool down the broth, too)
Dried shrimp
Dried seaweed
Quail eggs (if you can find pre-cooked ones)
Oyster sauce
Chinese hot sauce (sambal?)

Here's a very nice combo: steam some shrimp, then remove from the pot. Add enough water to cook your chicken-flavored noodles to the steaming water, bring to a boil. When done, add an egg, your shrimp and thawed broccoli florets. Season with oyster sauce. (-: It's practically gourmet.

Also, you can make home-made chicken broth with onions, carrots and chicken bones, then add the ramen noodles and flavorings for ramen with an extra kick.

Well I will assume that you are on a budget. For a taste of Hawaiian, cubed spam and canned pineapple. Or a little soy sauce and canned shrimp. Or canned beef shredded with the sauce and some sour cream and noodles(don't add the packet) for some stroganoff.

Cooked chicken and vegetables turn it into a chicken noodle soup.

There's also at least one ramen noodle cookbook out there.
