Sure...make something. f you aren't artistic, put together a little gift basket of things you know she'll like....some chocolate, maybe some body products (bubble bath, nice lotions, etc), some cute panties or pajamas with hearts....even gift cards....a little cute selection of things. I'd love something like that

Oh no.. anything made well and thoughtfully with good material, and fine skills is a gift not only from the heart, but testimony of true love, a heirloom for the future and a memory for tomorrow.. Do not pass such a lovely thought. It can be given with a night out for dinner if you feel that will be look cheap.. But if the person that receives it is understanding of fine crafts and good workmanship and appreciates both and the time and love that goes into making a fine gift you will have no problem. A gift from the heart is priceless.. no amount of money can buy such a precious gift.. Such gifts are never cheap, just the thoughts of those that do not understand and appreciate them are cheap..Good Luck

Sometimes homemade gifts aren't all that cheap! Yes, I think something you've made from your heart is a wonderful present. If you don't want it to appear cheap, don't make something cheap. It should not be all about the gift that is given, but the thought, time and effort into the gift itself. Have fun with it.

That would be very cute. How about making heart shaped cookies. People love to eat sweets on Valentine's Day.

Well, if it's lovely, it's great. If it looks like a kid made it, it's cheap.
If money is the issue, do your best.
If it's not, and you just want to show your admiration with handiwork, then give the gift you make and follow it up with a nice dinner.

My first thought is that it comes from the heart and that should be extra special. But only you know the type of person that you are dating or married to and I guess what you are making her will play a big factor too.
