By setting a sensor along the stop-line, which gets activated only when the signal goes red. So if any vehicles oevr step the stop line, the sensor goess off and the vehicle will understand that it is ahead of the line and will get back. The sensor then can be deactivated when the signal goes green!!

well, the safest and easiest on your car way to stop, is to slowly come to a stop, but the funnest, while remaining straight, is to time it just right and hit the brakes hard, screeching to a halt with your back wheels just barely leaving the ground, takes alot of practice, or luck... I first did it a couple months after I got my liscence... it was awesome, don't know about any other vehicles, just a sports coupe... it was way fun... wish I still had that car... fell asleep at the wheel... Don't Drive Drowsy
