Je t'aime means I love you
And assuming your name could be Megan ( the one you are using in Y/A ) then the exact translation would be Mégane. Is it almost the same.
In France Mégane is also the name of a car from the Renault brand.

Je t'aime means I love you or I like you depending on which text book you use.
I think you are asking "How is my name spelled in French?" Are we supposed to guess your name? Generally, names are spelled the same. Not all names translate from one language to another.

Your name is your name, no matter what language you happen to be speaking.
"Je t'aime" means "I love you."
