The stars are millions of light-years from earth. Earth cannot be 6000 years old or the light from the stars will have never reached the earth. This is not that complex yet you people call this a hare-brained theory. WTF?

The Bible doesn't say that the earth is 6000 years old. But through several sciences, including reading the Bible, we find that Adam was formed approximately 6000 years ago.

The Hebrew language shows a separation between Genesis 1:1 and Genesis 1:2. There is no indication how long this period of time was.

Funny thing though, footprints from "modern" homo-erectus were found within, on top of, and next to dinosour footprints in many locations in Texas.

Man still can't determine the actual ages of the dinosours, or anything else on earth. Many scientific contradictions occur in this aging process. If the dinosours disapeared over a period of time taking many years, why have they found uindigested material in stomachs?

We are still looking for answers.

Light years refers to the distance it is from the earth and not how long it would take you to see it. If a car drives past at 35 mph, does it take you an hour (or the appropriate time distance wise) to see it? No, you see it as long as it is in your eye-sight.

If you stand still, can you see a immobile light bulb that is 7 miles away in the time it will take light to travel that distance? No.

It's not about the speed that light travels in this scenario. It is the size of the object and the distance it can be seen at. The washington monument does not travel at any speed, yet you can see it if it is within eye distance. And evolutionist think they're the logical ones. *shrugs shoulders while sighing*

I like the gist of Daniel's answer. The bible allows that rest of the universe may be a lot older than earth so there was plenty of time for starlight to reach us.

Thank you! You have just proven beyond the shadow of a doubt that evolution is false teaching. There is no low life form on the planet that you could possibly have evolved from.
