Instead of buying something to help you quit, just stop buying the cigs.

If you are 16 y/o, how long have you been smoking? Have you just tried quitting? If you find that you can't quit on your own, I suspect that you can buy anti-smoking kits by yourself because you don't need a prescription for them.

You should be able to find them in any drug store. Congratulations for deciding to quit smoking. I waited until I was 24 y/o to quit and it was very difficult. Now that I'm 63 y/o, when I look back at my life, quitting smoking was one of the best decisions I ever made.

No you have to be 18. But in your circumstance i'm sure you could get a parent or relative to get what you need. You're making a very wise decision to quit now. It will only get harder the longer you wait.

The best way to quit, however hard, is cold turkey. Start up a new hobby or something you can get lost in to take your mind off cigarettes- like chewing gum.
