No. It is important to eat a balanced diet, not only for nutrients reasons, but also for caloric reasons. An average women needs at least 1500 calories a day, but it can very depending on metabolic rate. Also, balanced meals and snacks ensure that you are well energized throughout the day, especially breakfast, which is the most important meal, believe it or not. Breakfast fuels the body. Why? After sleeping, your body goes all night without food. It needs those morning calories and nutrients to get it through the day. However, a good vitamin is important, also. Just be sure to pair it with a well balanced diet, because alone, it won't do the trick.

no. Generally multi vitamins don't have enough of any vitamins (or in some cases too much) to be any good. You need to get into a better routine and eat. Snack on fruit and veg in the car if you have to. If you get sick the whole house will fall apart. You need to look after yourself . cereal in the morning and a glass of juice can take you 5 minutes and get you off to a great start with lot's of energy. Take care of yourself because no one else will

Ha! Not even close. Those vitamins help, but many of them have to be taken in the right combinations in order for the body to benefit from them.

Also, the less often you eat, the slower your metabolism becomes. You are better off eating six small healthy snacks during the day - almonds, string cheese, hummus with pita, etc.

There are lots of busy people in the world, and most of us manage to eat more than one meal per day!

No its suppose to be taken with a balanced diet to make up in some areas where you maybe lacking but if you only eat one meal a day i really don't think its going to cover it. Try to eat some quick fruit snacks or raw vegetables through the day if you don't have time to make a meal.

Probably not. I'm in the same boat as you. I try to eat healthy snacks throughout the day so I'm not hungry and then eat one good meal a day. I snack on carrots, those 100 calorie packs, peanut butter and crackers....that sort of thing...

You have to make the time to take care of yourself. Whether at your kids nap times, lunch packing sessions or schooling hours etc. take the time to prepare fresh fruits and vegetables into containers in the fridge and whole grains/nuts etc. . (for easy convenience) Children tend to mimic parents eating habits. You have to be a healthy you for yourself and children to keep the ball running. The best to you...eat up!
