First, start walking. Around the block, then again and again around the block.
Get on the Adkins diet of low carbs. Eat protein--meat, cheese, fish and green veggies. Stay off the white stuff of potatoes, rice, bread, and pasta.
Increase your exercise day by day.
Join a gym if you can afford it. Lift weights and work out on a treadmill or elliptical glider.
If you do this, you will be, at least at first, dropping 10 pounds a week.
Good luck.

Try running or walking around the block. Drink lots of Water to keep you hydrated and full. Eat your meals slowly. People who eat there meals too fast tend to be stuffed at the end of their meal because they over ate. Not too many sweets. Replace Sugar'd Drinks with Diet or No Calorie ones.
