i'm about to be friend with this girl and then ask her out, but i don't know what should i talk about, she's like a stranger to me, i don't know anything about her, what should i talk about???

You should ask her simple questions. But dont be perverted ;P What her favorite colors are? What are her hobbies? What she does for fun? Has she done anything good/bad/ or something good for the community? Whats her favorite subject in school? The conversation can escalate from there. From there on you should know what to do. If you don't know her what attracted you to her to ask her out? Purely physical? Kind of open book since you don't know anything about her there are a lot of questions. What do you like to do? Read, write, music, sports. Are you in school? What's your favorite subject? What would you like to do after school? Do you have brothers/sisters what are they like? What do your parents do. does this help?

Why don't you just ask her directly? Try to be very polite and honest. Something like: Hi, I've been watching you and you seem to me like a very nice person and if you don't mind I would like to talk to you for a while, my name is...
