That's because every person wants the easy way out. E person know what are his rights as a dad, mom, brother, sister, son or daughter. But he won't realsie his duties as the same. Finally he knows, as a meek human being he has the right to live, the right to freedom, the right to speak, etc. But what about his duties to let live, to allow enough space to others, the duty to be polite avoiding any offensive remarks to others. A person doesn't consider his duties because in this case he will have to put in massive effort. he prefers teh easy way out - ask for the rights or fight for them....
