it depends on who you go to. a full head of hi lites are around $65 to $85. And they are called low lites if you are going darker.

The price of the highlights depend on your hair color now, if there is any color on your hair now, your length, and the amount of highlights. The price also depends on where you go. Go to several salons and sit and watch. See the end results. You don't want just any one in your hair!

depends on the salon, hair lenghth, and also what type of service they do. i recommend a foil...it is a lot prettier and it goes all through the hair rather than a cap which on covers the top.
