me and this guy dated for 2 yrs.it was problematic in the beginning but talking helped.we still argued sometimes,but rarely.we'd met eachother's parents/friends and were serious.then he mentioned marriage but i wasn't ready.i got a bit scared and dumped him over the phone/refused to see him for 5 months.our mutual friends told me that he was heartbroken.i didn't date anyone during this time bc my heart was set on him.we tried to make it work again,but i have a habit of dumping him everytime he psses me off.one day i dumped him and this time he refused to get back together.we both dated other people,and he started a relationship with a new girl.i realized what i'd lost and tried to get him back but he was intent on this new relationship.he continued to call/see me though,and would tell me that he still had feelings for me but wanted to make it work with that new girl.it confused/hurt me.then she dumped him and he came back to me.we never fight anymore and he's sweeter than ever. ADVICE?

from my point of view, (strictly opinion) you are made for eachother. You obviously heart him. He went out there and experienced a new thing. He came back... this means you are the better one. But then again, he came back to you because she dumped him. This strikes me as odd. I am not completely sure but I think you two are good for eachother. You hurt him hun.. you hurt him by dumping him all the time. When a guy gets rejected repeatedly, his feelingsome rotten. Sometimes, that is very hard to reverse. But you say he is now sweeter than ever. This is a good thing. My advice is, tell him how you really feel. Give him what he deserves. I hate to say this, but try havinng sum hot sex. =)

Well, he is deeply in love with you. I dont think he could ever let you go no matter what. Though he has other relationships, you were probably on his mind the entire time. You should always talk about your problems, you can never run away from it. You'll be like a train going in cirlces again and again. Now you guys have a second chance together, do not take it for granted if you know hes the "one." Even though you feel like 2nd best, you have him, not the other girl. Best wishes!

Well, how does it feel to be second choice? You feel this way because it is TRUE. She dumped him THEN he came back to you. What on earth do you need advice for? "...every time he passes me off..."
He'll be "sweeter than ever" until he the old girlfriend/ or new one enters his life. Find somebody who will make you their only choice. You are merely a girlfriend of convenience right now.
