I hve been running fever, headache, sore throat, sore musscles, and real weak.

You need to go see a doctor and get a strep-test. If you don't there could be some serious consequences by not getting the proper treatment.

sounds like strep throat. You need antibiotics. Whenever you get a fever take that as a clue you need to see a dr. A fever is a symptom of so many problems
