These people are basically weaker humans. Other human beings are physically and mentally healthier than them, and should therefore be the ones to continue our population. Disorders and a lot of other things are genetically predispositioned and if it's in your genes its more likely to happen to you. Do you think that this is a an okay thing to believe? Isn't it normal with all species that the stronger live to spread their genes and create a better species?

I don't think this is an okay thing to believe. Some of the most productive, brilliant minds our society has produced have had something intrinsically "wrong" with them - Van Gogh cut off his ear, Socrates committed suicide, Albert Einstein was dyslexic (and among other things was unable to tie his shoes without the aid of his wife), John Nash (of "A Beautiful Mind") is schizophrenic. If these brilliant people (and this is a SHORT list) don't deserve to pass on their genes despite their flaws, then who does? Part of what makes human beings human and (maybe) inherently superior to at least some of the other species on the planet (like ants, at least) is that we are able to recognize a worth beyond the physical substance of a person.

Man, I feel sorry for your question. How can you say that those with many disorders are "weaker humans"? Many famous people throughtout the world suffered from one disorder or anouther, from Van Gogh to Jean Claude VanDam (both BiPolar). So having said that, Yes I do believe that those with many disorders should reproduce. If they were not meant to reproduce God would have made them infertile.

personally feel that one reason for up rise in the mental heath/heath problems have to do with the fact that more people are getting treatment, living longer and having kids. not sure if it's right or wrong but i would hope that if someone knew that they had an illness they would think twice about passing on their DNA. with that said I'm NOT saying that these people should not be parents. as i see it there are so many kids that need loving parents already.

Survival of the fittest. Ugly people too. They shouldn't reproduce.
