closet shelves, under dresser if you tip your dresser there may be a space under it, becareful if your mom cleans a lot or changes your furniture around. Cut out pages of books and hide stuff behind them on a book case. If you have lose floor boards you can hide things in the floor boards. Under your bed between the matress frame and the mattress. In the cold air return vent (make sure it is the cold air return and no the vent where the warm air from the heater comes out, also becareful the stuff does not roll into the heater.

Your bro is 3 and you can't put things out of his reach? Just put a shelf up near the ceiling and anything that you don't want him into put on it when you leave the room. As for hiding things from Mom? Sorry, it would be giving away trade secrets to tell you that. Anyway haven't you realized yet that Mom has a great reason for not wanting things like fireworks in the house... like the safety of you and your pesky brother.

buy a locked box or a locker with a combination lock on it

i don't think you could find a hiding place where your brother won't find.

your brother should learn to respect your space and not touch your belongings. if he don't learn now he probably will turn out to be a felon and you will have to visit him in Prison. then your stuff will be safe as long as he don't get parole! Tell your parents that your brother is causing you a problem and if they are worth their salt they will stop his thieving ways. Your brother has sticky fingers

non flammable stuff can go under your mattress.

I would say that the fireworks are best kept in the garage in a secret location. Good luck with that.
