let me know all the odds and ends you need neon tubes cap's amps anything like that... As far as plexi goes you will need to find a supplier and get a price on min 3/4" plexi. They guys i use here in Arizona cost about $375 a sheet 4x8. Not cheap. They can cut it better then anyone else. I usually use 1" but 3/4 will work. Send me some ideas on your box size and I will show you the best way to do it.

theres no way you are going to be able to make your own plexiglass box if you are on yahoo answers trying to find someone to tell you. Why do you want to put a mirror or neons on it? MTX subs aren't anything special. Maybe if they were ID MAX or DD 9915's i'd say go for it. Neon's are a waste of money and over rated, so is plexiglass.

if you inside on plexiglass contact this guy http://www.gatelyaudio.com/links.html

Bobby Gately makes some really nice boxes.

If you just want good sound I'd sell 2 of the 15's, then make about a 4 cubic foot box tuned to 35-38hz with a slot port, it will sound great and if you use 3/4" MDF it will not be too expensive either. Use wood glue and 1 3/4 drywall screws to hold everything together. You can then cover it in carpet that matches the factory.

well first off, youll want to buy some seriously sturdy plexi, which isnt exactly cheap. Second off, plexi is hard to work with it likes to crack and isnt the most forgiving (like wood), especially in the thicknesses you need to be working in.

there are how tos for sale on DVD on ebay i think, and you may be able to find out how on an audio forum, but to me it sounds like youre in way over your head. It would be a very complex, rather expensive enclosure that will take you a long time to make. Good luck.
