4 years as an Officer in the Marine Corps
Fluent in Arabic
Would that be competitive in the eyes of the bureau? What about without fluency in Arabic?

This is impressive, but as far as federal law enforcement is concerned, they pick recruits with prior law enforcement experience, so your chances of getting into the Marshal's Service is nil, unless you have other talents which you didn't list, and they are looking for such a person.

You would have a good chance of getting hired, but the Arabic, would be the icing on the cake. Good Luck.

Well, assuming you pass the background investigation, you should be a highly sought applicant.

It should be just fine they should ask what other jobs have you had so good luck with applying for the job.
