Some help with a girl I used to like?

Well, I really like this girl, and have liked her since last year. We had one class together last year and we were friends, we even hugged sometimes. At around the middle of the year she asked me to a dance and I had to tell her I was already going with someone else. The year ended and we promised to see each other after the summer. Then this year I come to find that she is going out with some guy and whenever I said hi to her she just ignored me like she didn't know me (I changed my hair over the summer). I rarely see her and I want to get to know her better and just be friends (for now). How can I get her to recognize/befriend me again?

Tell her that you miss her and your friendship. Don't try to break up her current relationship - let that happen on its own. Be her friend and if you both have feelings for each other - it will work out with time.

To tell you the truth she likes you too!!! I think she just hate you because you turned her down when she asked you to a dance.Actually you shouldnot do that.Well if you really like her and want to be friends with her again all you should do is to tell her that you love her!Of course you should choose a proper time.

Get reacquainted with her. Reinsert yourself into her life the way you did before. She is involved with someone, and maybe because she kind of liked you before, she is keeping her distance in respect to her relationship. If you get the opportunity, just try to talk to her in a friendly manner, but keep away from romancing her in any way.

b)doesn't like u anymore...maybe because u may look bad with ur new hair, or she just found someone better.
