I know of one in Mumbai. Goes by the name of 'CASP'

i dont know of a hotline, but try enrolling in dailystrength.com
There are places where you can relate to others, and also write about ur problems.
I felt the same way, and this site really helped me.
At the very least go see your doctor so he can send you to a psychiatrist!

In the Beginning God created heavens and earth.

Son of God died on the Cross to save us from condemnation.

no, i dont believe there is! But do not consider suicide, talk to a loved one ! they really do love you and would be so despratly sad if you were gone!
