I must applaud you for choosing to take up running/jogging to lose weight. It's these small decisions in our lives that can turn it right round :) You must be patient when it comes to running, and you can't expect to be an elite athlete or a competitive runner after just a few sessions. Give your body time to adjust to the changes in your lifestyle, from sedentary to active. Try brisk walking as a warm up, just to get your body accustomed to more physical activity than normal. Then once you feel comfortable, you can start with a slow jog. Maintain it at a pace where you can still have a conversation with someone easily. If you're heading straight into running an all out effort or at top speed you're going to cause injury to your body and will not like running at all. Try jogging really slowly, and if you must, take walking breaks. So you can alternate between jogging a little, then walking briskly. The idea is to gradually increase your mileages (the distances you run) and your pace. Key is to ease your body into it. Your body will gradually adjust to increase your endurance and because its burning calories, you'll lose weight. Hope this helps! :)

Get yourself either some vicks vapor rub or Equate medicated chest rub and this should help you with your breathing just rub it on your chest and just a little under your nose and you should be able to breathe just fine sorry to hear about your sickness i have the same problem at times.

If you've been sick for two weeks with this it could very well be a sinus infection. Go to the doctor and see if they believe you have a bacterial infection. If that's true, you could take antibiotics.

Go to the doctor. I had this same problem once, went to the doctor, and he gave me a Rx for the good stuff, and it worked.

see a doctor, drink more water, eat more fruits (especially apples), and sleep more (avoid clubs and party, TV, internet, and playstation after 8pm).
