People should accept to be educated about safe-sex. I believe it is against some religion or culture... this is unacceptable.
There should be as many people as the land can tolerate. Adapt a policy like China, the one-child-only. Otherwise, the country will continue to be in ruins.

Its true that poverty is the big problem in India . And the main reason for poverty is our leadership , for them the problem of people does not matters only the problem of their pocket matters .
the need of the hour is to make a pure leadership and we can do it only if we follow the divine guidance .
A person who believes that if i made a leader, after death i will
be presented before the lord and to give the account of my deeds .such believe of a man leads him to a right path and make him a great leader.
If our society has such leaders not only poverty but also other social problems such as injustice, racialism etc are solved.
In Short the Islamic system of life is the best solution of all problems. If u read about the Islamic way of life u will know the fact.

In india things are sufficient to live happily and at the same time it cannot support the greedy for unlimited luxary. We can come out from the poverty by:
1. controlling the population
2. clarity in the system
3. making the people accountable
4. giving the share for the violaters
5. by enhancing the existing natural resources
6. planning for development with optimisation
7. involving all the stakeholders in all the developmental projects starting form the stage of conceptualisation to its final implementation.

Dear Sir,
Poverty can be eradicated once you implement family planning for community people. Now also family planning is there. But only for certain community people. and certain community people the above said family planning is not implemented. For example muslims - an average muslim family having 4 - 5 children and added to that each muslim person marry any number of girls. Naturally each girl give birth to 4 children x 4 wives = 16 children this it is an example. Once popolation controlled, every thing is normal.

If every wealthy country took every dime out of it's treasury and gave it to them then I think this will reverse the poverty in India.
