I used whatever the latest crest white strips is called, Ultra,Supreme, whatever. It says it'll keep teeth white up to a year, and it's been 7 or 8 months now, they are still very white. I drink a lot of coffee so I was surprised how much whiter they were. I don't know what the ingredients are, but I have really sensitive teeth and I don't remember them feeling like the stuff was too harsh

I have tried them all and I can tell you that "GO SMILE" Is the best. I purchased it at Nordsrtoms at the mall. I discovered it because I saw it on the Oprah show (supposingly it is what all the stars use?). It cost about 95.00 for 2daily applications for two weeks. Once your teeth are as white as you would like them to be you can just use it once a week. Its is the fastest working product out there besides going to the dentist. GOOD LUCK!!!

There are cheap and effective products that whitens teeth in a week or two. like arm and hammer...etc.
but whatever you choose DO NOT ever buy Crest whitening strips. I tried them and they made my teeth and my gum too sensitive. I threw them in the garbage

yes,
I used to use whitening strips, theyre annoying and take forever with hardly any results... no good.
However, if you brush your teeth with baking soda and hydrogen peroxide for 2 minutes approx, you'll definately see results immediately.
