I have almost the same thing as you, my hair is just not as long. One do NOT layer your hair, I go that done once, it really does not work with curly or wavy hair. Now for the hair on the side. I've been using Sunsilk de-frizz creme. it works nice (its the green one). Or another idea, take some conditioner and put a little all through your hair, and the side. it will help make it not frizzie, keep the hair on the side down, and its OK to leave it in. It will actually make your hair softer. Hope this all helps

Sexxxy Hair products make a nice "pomander", which is a lightweight grease that tames fly aways, and gives your hair a nice healthy shine.
Using hair spray in a pump instead of arosol will help with the breathing, also be in a ventilated space.
Without seeing your face I wouldnt advise you on a hair style.

well, I have a rounded face and I cut my hair short but not too short. above the shoulders is a really good look for me and my hairstylist puts layers in my hair so it will come out at the bottom flipped. I love my hairstyle. Hope this works for you

you could make a poof in the top of the middle of your head, and for the sides, pin them back with bobby pins, right above your ear. let the rest of your hair hang down. it would be a good idea to straighten your h air for this style! :]

Get some long layers and put Pantene's Smoothing Creme on your hair. It's not only great for fly aways, but it smells SOOOO devine, you'll get complements from all kinds of people! ;o)

The little flyaway hairs are broken hairs, more than likely from pulling it back into a ponytail often. I used clips to pull them back from my face.
I too have a round face, thanks to my father's genes. I wear mine in a cute little bob that shapes my face. I love it. I have dark brown hair and I have some blondish/white highlights in the front. Good luck!

You might try cutting you overall lenght. THe hair may be snapping due to wieght. you can also try conditioning it everyday to make sure your hair stays healthy (If you are in CA we use the Trader Joe stuff)
Now if it is jsut cut short then just grow it on back out.

depends how you wear it. i wear mine up alot and i think that's how i got my little baby hairs. but if there are ever a problem i either rub a little mouse in my hair and kind of push them down...or i style my hair in a way where they can stay up...bobby pin some when it is up in a ponytail (just like my aviator) i straighten my hair too with a professional hair straightener and it helps alot
