I got some pics from a site that i want on my psp, but there not in jpeg or BMP format. how do I make them in jpeg or bmp format?

Right click pic. Choose edit. in editor (paint) click file. Choose "save as" then choose the BP or JPG format. Get ready for some color loss.

Use IrfanView. Forget about all the other people saying some crap. Paint is just about the worst image editor out there, and it's very stupid for someone to waste $600 buying Photoshop just to convert an image.

use ACDsee to convert the image type
