I would go to a doctor. The headache could be a sign of high blood pressure. The back pain could just be the baby dropping into place for delivery. That usually doesn't happen until the end in a first pregnancy, but can happen up to a month earlier in subsequent pregnancies.

A bad headache is not good when you are pregnant. If you can't get rid of it you need to tell your doctor. ESPECIALLY if you are having high blood pressure problems. I can say with almost 100% certainty that your son will be here within the next two weeks ;)
Good luck!

Yes. It indicates that either you're singing improperly, or you might have a cold or allergies affecting your ability to sing without hurting yourself. Drink some warm tea with honey and lemon to sooth your throat and see if that helps. I also advise looking into voice lessons so that you can learn how to sing properly without aggravating your throat or vocal chords.
