Get yourself what's called a glass carboy (7 gallons). Go to a wine shop or purchase 3 yeast packets of chapange yeast. Next, purchase a large metal pot that can hold 5 gallons or more of water. Go out and purchase 17 cans of 100% pure grape juice (white or red, depending on whether you like red or white wine). Also buy yourself 4KG of regular sugar. Take your frozen concentrate juices and empty them into the pot and bring them close to a boil to kill off any bacteria. Next, add the sugar and stir it in. Reduce the temperature and stir it around for about 20 more minutes. Fill your kitchen sink or bathtub with cold water and immediately remove the pot from your stove and place it in the cold water to cool down for 1/2 an hour. At the same time, take a bowl and place some sugar in the bottom with lukewarm water and add the yeast. Cover the yeast with tin foil over the bowl and let it sit their for now. Once your pot with the concentrate in it has cooled down to room temperature, use a funnel to pour the pot contents into your glass carboy. Fill it with hot water to where the carboy just starts to bend towards the neck. Let it sit for a while and then rinses the carboy with cold water in the shower for about 20 minutes to reduce the hot water temperature. Once this is done, use your funnel to pour your foil covered yeast into the carboy. Cover the top of the carboy with tin foil as you move it to an area where it can ferment. Before you do all this, you need to go to a wine shop and get yourself a syphon, cork, and plastic hose to fit your carboy. Take the plastic hose attached to the cork and plug the top of the carboy and put the other end of the plastic hose into a bucket filled with sterilized water (go to a wine shop and inquire about a process called puking). Allow the whole thing to ferment for 2 to three weeks. Go to a beer and wine store and purchase some plastic bottles and caps, and what's called dextrose. When ready, fill each bottler with two teaspoons of dextrose (After your carboy has fermented for 2 to three weeks, use a syphon attached to a bottle filler to fill each bottle with your fermented liquid). and then fill each bottle and cap it immediately. Leave your filled bottles for about two more weeks, and you should have some wonderful champagne. Again, to explain this further, go to a wine shop and inquire further to clarify what I have mentioned above. It takes practise, but the effort is worth it in the end!

you can go one of three ways with this, you can make wine, beer, or spirits.
now making beer or wine would be my choice being that distilling alcohol is against the law.
to make a good wine.
4 cans peach halves
about 9 lbs sugar
three packets of bakers yeast
and three gallons water.
let it ferment for about a week and then remove the fruit. move to a second fermenter (a culligans water jug) get a airlock and let it finish fermenting.
there is more to it than that, but if you have any questions get at me the_headmonster@yahoo
