I can't stick to an exercise routine or diet if I don't have goals to meet in a certain amount of time. Some I'm going month by month and I'm trying to lose "x" amount of lbs in a month. But I also want to lose it safely.
I'm a 22 year old female, 5'11" and 180lbs.
How much weight can I lose safely in a month? And by doing what?

Aim for 15 pounds in a month, and do it by strength training and moderate cardio.

i know its safe to lose at least 2 lbs. per week and i tell u that weight watchers is great for losing weight and trying to keep the weight off. its very healthy its not really being on a diet its really just becomes a way of life i joined after my first child and lost 36 lbs. in 7mo. and after my second child which is 5 mo. old now and i have joined again and have lost 10 or more lbs. so its really a great way to lose weight and very healthy also. and also drink lots of water and also exercise. i hope this helps you god bless,

I cant tell u how much u will lose cuz its about the way your body works. I am 21 5'2 and was weighing 170. I lost 20lbs in a month.
