Yes, but those loans are a TERRIBLE idea! The interest rate typically is over 500%. Unless you absolutely MUST have the money immediately -- say to stop a foreclosure on your home or reposession of your car -- don't take the loan!

If your preparer files your return electronically -- or if you do your own taxes with one of the commercial tax prep software packages and file electronically -- you can have your refund sent directly to your bank account. File early, and your refund can be in your bank account in as little as one week! (I got mine in 4 days last year!) You'll get ALL of your tax refund, not share it with the "loan" company. There is a small fee for electronic filing but it's MUCH less than what they charge on the refund anticipation loans.

If you go to H&R Block they have several options for a quick refund, varying from leaving the office with a check (or prepaid debit card) in hand to waiting up to two weeks. No matter what, you will get it faster than sending in paperwork to the government and waiting for the check. I don't have the best credit in the world, and I usually get the 2 day service. They'll explain your options to you when you go in. Be sure to discuss this before they start your return, or you will have to pay their preparation fees whether you get the rapid refund or not. Good Luck and Blessings

As far as I know, your credit rating is not a factor.
Check this website out before you sell your income tax. Its about a year old but it still applies.

yes it doesn't go by your credit, it goes by your tax refund and if you are willing to pay the extra money to get your money quicker.
